ATDS offers a wide variety of engineering services to support the automotive industry, for OEMs, original equipment parts manufacturers, fuel and lubricant manufacturers and aftermarket parts and additive manufacturers.   Our services include vehicle instrumentation and data collection, fuel economy testing, component durability testing and post-certification support services.

•    Data logger selection & Installation

•    Route selection to meet data needs including remote site set-up and operation

•    Data Reduction, analysis and review

•    Data transmission by CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, email and Internet including secure web-sites

•    Shift Schedule Survey development and execution on EPA approved test routes

•    In-Use Vehicle Driving Pattern surveys and Alternative Durability Route development

•    Fuel and Lubricant testing including fuel economy, emissions impact and component durability

•    Additive and Device Fuel Economy Testing by Over-the-Road methods (SAE, TMC)

•    Additive and Device Fuel Economy Testing by Laboratory methods (EPA 511 type)

•    Component durability using either full vehicle mileage accumulation or bench-testing

•   Post-certification support services such as CAFE reporting, Warrantee Claim reporting and NMOG/NOx Fleet Average reporting

•     On-Board Diagnostic Systems In-Use Data Collection and Reporting (IUMPR)
